Ⅰ、 Warranty period
The product warranty period is 18 months from the date of purchase, but cannot exceed 24 months after the manufacturing date stated on the nameplate.
Ⅱ、 Warranty coverage
During the warranty period, any abnormalities caused by our company's responsibility can be repaired or replaced free of charge by our company. If any of the following situations occur, a certain repair fee will be charged even during the warranty period.
1. Damage caused by fire, flood, strong lightning strikes, and other reasons.
2. Human damage caused by self modification.
3. Damaged after purchase or during transportation.
4. Damage caused by using beyond standard specifications.
5. Damage caused by not following the user manual for operation and use.
Ⅲ、 After sales service
1. If there are special requirements for the installation and debugging of the frequency converter, or if the working condition of the frequency converter is not ideal (such as poor performance or functional performance), please contact our company.
2. After receiving a customer's fault repair call, the service engineer can communicate and guide through the phone to provide preliminary solutions to the problem;
3. If the problem is not resolved through telephone communication, arrange for engineers to provide on-site service or notify customers to send it to designated repair points for repair as appropriate;
4. When customers report repairs, they need to provide the following information: contact person, contact information, contact address, machine model, number, and fault symptoms;
5. During the warranty period, any abnormalities caused by product manufacturing and design issues will be repaired free of charge by our company.
6. Beyond the warranty period, the company will provide paid repairs according to customer requirements.
7. The service fee shall be calculated based on the actual cost. If there is an agreement, the agreement shall prevail.
