Inverter Maintenance and Inspection Items and Precautions

    1.Although inverters are highly reliable, on-site maintenance and inspections remain critical for long-term stability. Key daily checks include:
        Ensure auxiliary equipment (e.g., motors) operates normally;

        Monitor inverter temperature and ventilation to maintain optimal cooling;

        Check for abnormal noises, odors, cabinet overheating, or vibrations;

        Verify input/output voltage and current remain within normal ranges;

        Avoid steam or gas sources near cabinets to prevent damage;

        Tighten main circuit cable connections after one month of installation, then every six months, and clean dust with a vacuum;

        For unused inverters, power them for ≥1 hour every six months to prevent component moisture damage and capacitor degradation.

   2.Maintenance precautions:
        Operate in anti-static, low-interference environments with controlled humidity, temperature, and dust; seal cable entries and avoid prolonged door openings;

        Discharge capacitor residual voltage before inspections;

        Never measure output insulation with a megohmmeter to avoid component damage.
