M-driver Technology Co., Ltd. 2024 Spring Festival Holiday Notice
To All Employees and Partners:
As the Spring Festival approaches, we extend our heartfelt gratitude for your dedicated efforts and support throughout the year! In accordance with national statutory holidays and our company's operational needs, the holiday arrangements are hereby announced as follows:
I. Holiday Schedule
February 6, 2024 (Tuesday) to February 18, 2024 (Sunday), totaling 13 days.
II. Work Arrangements
Pre-Holiday Preparations
All departments must turn off non-essential power supplies, secure doors/windows, and complete safety checks by the end of workday on February 5.
Production departments must perform equipment shutdown maintenance (including frequency inverters). Refer to the attached Frequency Inverter Holiday Operation Guide for details.
Emergency Contacts During the Holiday
For urgent matters, contact the duty manager: Mr. Zhang, Tel: +86 13651498092.
Customer service hotline: +86-0755-89369291 (suspended from February 10th to 12th, resuming on February 13th).
III. Frequency Inverter Usage/Shutdown Guidelines
To ensure safe post-holiday equipment restart, strictly adhere to the following procedures:
1. For Operational Equipment (Requiring Continuous Power)
Environmental Checks
Ensure inverters are installed in dry, well-ventilated areas away from flammable materials.
Clean cooling fans and surrounding areas to prevent dust buildup and overheating.
Remote Monitoring
Activate remote monitoring systems (e.g., M-driver IoT Platform) for real-time status tracking.
Configure abnormal alarm thresholds and link notifications to duty staff's mobile devices.
2. For Equipment Scheduled for Shutdown
Proper Power-Off Procedure
Initiate soft shutdown via control panel/software; wait until motors fully stop before cutting power.
Never disconnect power abruptly to avoid current surges damaging modules.
Parameter Backup
Document operational parameters (frequency, voltage, PID settings, etc.) via photos or cloud backups.
Replace backup batteries for inverters requiring battery removal to prevent data loss.
Moisture & Dust Prevention
Cover equipment with dustproof covers and place desiccants inside cabinets.
In humid regions, remotely activate cabinet dehumidifiers once weekly.
3. Post-Holiday Restart Protocol
Verify input voltage stability (±10% of rated range) before power-up.
Gradually resume loads and monitor inverter display status.
Immediately halt operations and contact technical support if alarms occur (e.g., overvoltage, overcurrent).
Wishing You a Joyous Spring Festival and a Prosperous New Year!
